This is the official Contract/Guarantee, any other contract/guarantees, either written, on the web, or verbal, are void and null.  This Contract/Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to said Buyer of puppy/dog.
A. Said puppy will have been examined by our licensed veterinarian within 3 days prior to shipping.
B. Buyer will have a period of (3) three working days (Mon. thru Fri.) in which to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. The Buyer must provide a copy of said puppy’s written health examination results to the Seller, within (10) days from the time of the examination.
C. Seller/Breeder will have provided a Health Record which will have recorded Dates and Names of Inoculation/Vaccinations and Dates De-wormed and Name of De-wormer.  Please take this record with you to your veterinarian on your first visit.
Although your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming program prior to his/her placement, your puppy is still susceptible to disease’s and you must let your veterinarian follow-up on it’s inoculations and worming program.
D. This guarantees the dog to be free of any hereditary or congenital defects which are Common to Akita's and would prevent it from being a show/breeding dog.
E. Seller guarantees said Akita will be free of hip dysplasia.  If said Akita is found to be dysplastic at the age of two (2) years, the Buyer must submit a copy of the report from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), and hip X-Rays to the Seller within fifteen (15) days from the date the Buyer received said OFA report. This report must Include the dogs full name, date of birth, and AKC Registration Number.
If said Aktia is found to be dysplastic in accordance to the findings of said OFA report, the Buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of equal quality (NOT CASH BACK.) from the first or second available litter, at the Seller’s discretion. Said puppy will come with a new guarantee, that will be the same as this guarantee.
F. Seller guarantees said Akita will be free of Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA). There must be proof of PRA from a licensed Ophthalmologist. This letter must Include the dogs full name, date of birth, and AKC Registration Number. 
The Buyer understands that the Seller will not be responsible for any medical bills or other expenses, whether paid or debts incurred on said Akita.  This includes shipping expense in any and all scenario's.  
This guarantee will be void and null in the event that this dog’s condition is due to the lack of proper care, lack of socialization or abuse.
LAW TO APPLY - It is expressly agreed, that the parties to this contract/guarantee, stipulate the jurisdiction and/or venue for any court action brought by the contracting parties shall be vested in Clark County, Arkansas and that the governing law applied to the issues in dispute shall be the laws of the State of Arkansas. The Buyer will be responsible for all attorneys’, legal fees and court costs incurred while enforcing this contract.
